For example, the DMC, they are talking as if the raising of DMC was spontaneous, however apparently that's not true. Someone made it happen and it is almost the same group controlling how China's going to be in the future. I just can't agree with the methodology, which is to estimate the future from the observations of a set of results, while seeming to ignore the very root that caused the results.
